U Designs has ventured out to event day coordination! It is understandable that day of the event can be hectic so we are here to make your special day smooth and stress-free. To request an event coordinating service, please contact us to check available and/or set up a meeting! We will get back to you within three to five business days.
What we need to know?
Coordinating an event can be a lot of work so we are here to plan out your perfect day. There are some keys things we need to know beforehand to make your special day smooth!
Event Type
Every event is different and needs different type of coordination. We can coordinate events from weddings to graduations to even smaller scale parties.
Duration
It is important to us that you are stress-free throughout the whole duration of the event. Have all dates and times ready for us in your free initial meetings. The cost of event coordination is also dependent on the hours spent coordinating at the event and any meetings needed to discuss the event. Your first meeting with us IS FREE!
Planned Events
Please have all events of your listed so we can create a hassle free schedule for your day. This can include cocktail hour, dinner, reception time, speech durations, games, etc. Any materials needed for an event must be discussed and may be an additional cost.
Vendors
Let us know what you want at your event so we can find the correct vendors. If you have already spoken to the vendors, please have all contact information ready for us!
